Installation took as long as estimated & started when scheduled. Keith also fixed improperly plumbed drainage lines from the previous contractor's installation at no extra cost. They performed good work without making a mess.

Around 4pm on a VERY cold (below 0 wind chill) New Year's Eve, we noticed that the heat wasn't coming on. Keith from Mid City was able to get to our house in under 30 minutes and took the time to not only diagnose and fix the issue, but also clean the inside of the furnace & explain everything.  He was prompt, knowlegeable, professional and he charged us a very reasonable rate - especially since it was a holiday. We highly recommend his company and would rate our experience A+ across the board - couldn't be happier.

Mid City-Heating and Cooling is wonderful. Called them about an air conditioner problem and they came out promptly. Were very honest in their assessment of the situation. I opted for a new air conditioner as mine was probably 20 years old. They installed the new unit as soon as possible. They came exactly when they said they would and finished promptly. Went above and beyond as the tech thought we had a gas leak. He found it at the dryer connection and fixed that for me as well.

I must also report that I called them last January when my furnace went out on a below 0 day. When they returned my call no one answered as I was at work and my husband was not able to answer the phone. They called us again at the end of their work day to check if we still needed help. I had just gotten home (to a house with no heat) and they came out even though it was past work hours.

Excellent and responsive service at reasonable prices. They use an answering service but responded within 30 minutes and were able to schedule the service the very next day. They arrived on time, respected my home and cleaned up before leaving. Local Bartlett business, newly located in the new industrial park. I'll definitely use them again.

I had called Mid -City a few years ago on a very cold January morning when my furnace was making a loud banging noise every time it switched on. At that time Keith (owner) came and replaced a wire and told me he didnt know how long it might hold but would for awhile as I didnt really want to buy a new one at this time. I was very impressed with him because he tried to fix my furnace rather than just tell me "sorry has to be replaced right now". Honesty is very important to me! So when my husband and I decided to replace the a/c and furnace Keith was the first one we called. I also had 3 other companies give us estimates. Mid-City was the best estimate overall as I knew it would be. The overall outcome was fantastic! Keith is very personable and takes lots of time explaining all the details of installing the unit we wanted. The unit was installed on time and no extra added costs! I have recommended Mid-City to all my neighbors. I cant say enough about how impressed I am with Keith's honesty and professionalism!
