Maid Brigade

Except for one occasion (and multiple notifications to management) something was always overlooked - things were left out (like not washing the bathroom or dining room floor, cleaning entire kitchen counter...) After six months of dealing with this same issue and multiple requests, we're done paying for services we weren't getting.

Well, two women came and were thorough and professional. Costly.

It has been wonderful to have the harder regular household jobs - cleaning the bathrooms, mopping the floors - done once a month, no matter how crazy my schedule gets. The workers were always friendly and hard-working.

It is a good service. They are punctual and do a good job. It is a good benefit for the money.

It turned out just fine. They are just good people. They do a good job cleaning my house.

I had to reschedule my original planned cleaning due to our closing date on our house getting moved two days later than scheduled. They were understanding and able to get our house in to be cleaned in the same week. They cleaned the kitchen, a bathroom, and two unfinished rooms in the basement. They cleaned the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen as well as the fridge, stove, and microwave. It looks amazing. And best of all, there was no chemical smell! Would definitely recommend!

Great!  I would hire them again to clean my rental property for a deep housecleaning.  They really made the house presentable.

house was clean,out of town visitors were coming and I wanted my house to show and and smell clean.called for quote to do basic cleaning,the quote was 80.00 for an hour.my basic needs were to vacuum, clean lower level with 1/2 bath.they left in 35 minutes crew  of 3.when I came down to see their finished job I could not see any difference other than vacuuming was done.nothing moved on kitchen counter ,top of fridge, globes in dining room light was not cleaned,couch pillows not even straighten,brown window shades not cleaned with a damp cloth,they were dusted.
 spoke with owner after second call along with email.she said the order was from the first order (had nothing to do with my needs on third job.I did speak with the office and told her what was need.
 no refund,or solution was offered other than the next time I use the service another crew is sent.
 I said I expect a compensation with my service.
 that wont happen,I feel totally ripped off.never again.I have use housecleaning for many years,I know a good job,this was not even close.
 only reason Im shopping for a cleaning service is the lady I used for 10 years moved out of state,the one before her had a stroke after a 5 year employment .my house was clean when the house cleaners came.the stove top was cleaned,only thing I could see.

It wasn't great. The people that did the work were fantastic and did a good job at cleaning the house. The communication between The management and their workers is feeble. We had a cleaning scheduled for today but, because of some changes in our schedule we had to change it to Friday and they said that they would be here at 2 o'clock, at 8 o'clock the doorbell rings and the girls were here. I think they are nice people, but there is something lacking however they run their office. We wouldn't use them again because, we don't need that kind of hassle just to get our house cleaned up. The owner is very nice, I've met her personally. The first time they came around, it was a good cleaning. We needed some extra hours and she was fine. I gave her my credit card number and the girls extended their stay. The house was cleaned perfectly, I have no arguments. The price was good and the girls were tops. If the office says 2 o'clock and the girls show at 8 o'clock, there is something wrong. I got a call from a girl at the office asking me for my credit card and how I was going to pay after I had already paid the owner of the company. We made up our mind, it's a done deal, we would not use them again. The management needs to pay more attention to the company because, if it happens to other people, they don't want to be hounded. It's an imposition to have people in my house for 2 or 3 hours, and people don't enjoy it. We don't like to stay in the house when the girls are here, we leave. Management needs to pay more attention to the office and the quality of the people that they have in it. The girls doing the cleaning are excellent. The girl in the office screwed up. We even received a call back from the office confirming the appointment change.

We've always been very satisfied, the workers are very friendly and prompt. For approx. 1500 sq. ft. it's approx. $97 every two weeks.

I called Maid Brigade and they came out on short notice and cleaned my entire house.  They did a fantastic job!  extremely thorough and very well done.  I will definitely use them again.  I highly recommend!!

I tried to have the first company back as I was very satisfied with the work, and had hurt my back and could not hardly move. My sister was coming and she's very finicky so I called them. They did a deep cleaning in baths and bedrooms, living room, dusting vacuuming etc. Price was over two hundred. There were 4 women, only one spoke some English so hard to converse. An English speaking person came with and left shortly after they started. Charged $235.00, which I thought expensive. However my sister was coming for a visit, and she is finicky so I went ahead. I did find two pictures were missing. Called and no one remembers removing or misplacing them.



They automatically scheduled me out for the next few month so I had them on that principle only because my sister got very ill while here, and still having major problems with my back, needed something done. Charged $93.00 for 45 minutes, again 4 ladies only one spoke minimum English. They did a decent job, just too expensive.

A Maid Brigade representative reviewed the scope of work to be completed in advance and recommended items such as cleaning the refrigerator and stove interiors. Her attention to this level of detail was appreciated. The work was completed during the agreed upon timeframe and in a satisfactory manner. Since there was no furniture or knick-knacks to work around, the staff could move quickly and unencumbered. All cleaning products and equipment were provided by Maid Brigade.
