spoke with owner after second call along with email.she said the order was from the first order (had nothing to do with my needs on third job.I did speak with the office and told her what was need.
no refund,or solution was offered other than the next time I use the service another crew is sent.
I said I expect a compensation with my service.
that wont happen,I feel totally ripped off.never again.I have use housecleaning for many years,I know a good job, this was not even close.
only reason Im shopping for a cleaning service is the lady I used for 10 years moved out of state, the one before her had a stroke after a 5 year employment .my house was clean when the house cleaners came.the stove top was cleaned, only thing I could see.
I called Maid Brigade and they came out on short notice and cleaned my entire house. They did a fantastic job! extremely thorough and very well done. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend!!
They automatically scheduled me out for the next few month so I had them on that principle only because my sister got very ill while here, and still having major problems with my back, needed something done. Charged $93.00 for 45 minutes, again 4 ladies only one spoke minimum English. They did a decent job, just too expensive.
