 + -1 moreAs a professor I have been known to be "critical" at times. While my" inner-critic" came out looking over James's work, I can honestly say JMG Plumbing gave me no reason to be critical. James earned an A+ with bonus points. Not only did he finish the job at hand, he also cleans up after himself and the area always looks as if no one has been there. SPOTLESS--and even hauls his own trash away. James provides uncommonly good service to his customers .He responds in a timely manner, calls if he knows he is running late (he had an emergency job to deal with), gets the job done promptly and within (or below, in my case) his estimate. Sounds too good to be true--for a plumber? No way-it's true! In my opinion, there is no reason to look for another plumber--James at JMG is your guy for superior service, and some pretty good jokes too!
Description of Work: James at JMG Plumbing did an excellent job of addressing our Sump Pump and other water problem. Not only did he fix it well above my satisfaction, he also took the time to first discover what the problem was. He thoroughly explained the issue, gave us some options for repair (with price estimates), and completed the job BELOW the estimate and AHEAD of the time he said it would take to complete. Besides that, he is just a heck of a nice guy.
