Their product was really nice but at a higher quality level than I needed for my project.

The professionalism and responsiveness of the sales staff was unacceptable, especially for a company that works through referrals. We had second thoughts and really just needed someone to walk through our concerns and reassure us; instead we were treated like idiots and berated for our concerns. They were difficult to reach by phone, would not allow us to speak to any of their references, and then never returned some financial papers to us with personal information. Once they made the sale, they were no longer interested in us as customers. Too bad, because we could have sent a lot of business their way. I see they have since changed their name to just Elite. I noticed in researching them that they've changed their name many times.

We called them multiple times and never received a return call. They were difficult to reach and they are not listed in the phone book or any other directory. We paid them a down payment and never received that money back.
