Hired Future Windows in Bartlett to replace roof, siding, and gutters.   Roof went ok.  Siding has been a nightmare.  First off Joe was missing during job.  Job for siding took over 3 months.  Did not provide things listed on the contract.  Siding job never passed Bartlett Village inspection.  Siding falling off the house.  Called owner Joe about this and he told  me to "Go to H***"  Call Bartlett Inspector and they had Joe come out.  He promised to take care of it.  He has not.  Send  me a bill for close to $2000 to fix it.  Have called other companies out and they say the whole job was done wrong and needs to be redone.  He does not have his own crew and hires different people.  He does not stand behind his workmanship.  Also his insurance is not worth the paper it is printed on.
We paid a lot of money for this job and tried to support business in Bartlett since we live here.  What a mistake!!!
Buyer beware!!!  Biggest  mistake we ever made was hiring this company.

I spent about $8,500 on the job. Everything about them was wonderful. They were honest, on time, and had good quality product. I wish I had used them for my siding work, but I had already hired another company. They were really good and honest people. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
