Paul cleaned an 8x10 Oriental rug for us. There were several pet stains from our rescue dogs. The job was completed quickly and the rug looks great. Highly recommended.

The carpet looks great, tech was an issue, he was 45 minutes late, upon arrival requested use of my bathroom, then spent 15 minutes giving me his life story. Before I hired him I asked if he moved furniture as I am a senior citizen with serious back issues, and he assured me yes. He moved dining room chairs heavy ottoman and a coffee table. I sat outside while he was working and came into the house for a glass of water, found him sitting in my overstuffed chair, feet up on ottoman talking on the phone!!!! Asked him what he was doing and he replied talking to the love of my life! when it was time for him to leave he did not replace the chairs, and coffee table, told him he needed to do so and asked him why he did not do so, replied you did not tell me I needed to do that.

Paul did a phenomenal job on my carpet, especially areas where there were stubborn stains. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great cleaning and someone who is dedicated to getting the job DONE RIGHT! Thank you for a terrific job!

Paul was excellent both doing the necessary cleaning and to work with. He spent considerably longer than originally anticipated due to having white carpet which hadnâ t been professionally cleaned for years. Highly recommended.

I had First Choice clean the traffic patterns on my carpets and the upholstery on kitchen chairs. I was extremely pleased about how they got the dirtiest part of the traffic patterns on carpets clean, so that the track shows minimally. All of the work was done neatly. In addition, they were able to come on fairly short notice. Also the cost was much more reasonable than a company I had in the past (and liked--but is no more). So I was pleased on all counts!

I have had many other services over the years but Choice Carpet Cleaners met my expectation and more. Paul was very professional and did an outstanding job on all the carpets in my house. He also cleaned a recliner that I thought I would throw out because it was so dirty,. But cleaned it so well, it looks brand new. I highly recommend this service.

My carpets were so stained and dirty that I didn't think they could be cleaned and look good. But Paul completed cleaning and the carpets looked brand new all stains removed. Paul was honest and thoroughly explained everything to me. I will always use first choice from now on!!

They contacted me immediately, We discussed what I needed done, Paul quoted me a price and I set a date to pick up an area rug. They came when they said they would---even called to let me know they were on the way. But the absolute best part, was the finished product, This carpet was heavily stained and I was having it cleaned and going to give to my Niece to use in her unfinished basement, When the rug was returned to me , it was so clean and NEW looking, I called my Niece and told her that she would have to get another rug, I was keeping it and it is now down in my dinning room and looks beautiful. I am sooo pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent cleaning and customer service.
