Our light colored carpet had not been cleaned in years. Emko arrived promptly as scheduled at 9:00 AM, immediately went to work by assisting in the moving of furniture. He then pretreated with green solutions paying attention to traffic areas and spots. He then steam cleaned all the carpet including the stairs. He worked straight through until 4:00 PM except a short break for lunch. Our carpet now looks bright and brand new. We could not be more satisfied with the result or Emko's professional performance.

Emko and his father did an excellent job cleaning our carpet thoroughly. They first treated all the carpet to help loosen dirt embedded in the carpet/pad then came back and steam cleaned. They are hard workers and did the job in about two hours. The fact that they were a local small business and had credibility in cleaning Panera Bread etc. helped in the decision. Plus Emko is a true business professional and understands how to run a business not only by the work he completed, but on his website and through Angie's List. I asked a number of questions while they were cleaning, and Emko and his father communicated effectively on the process. Our carpet was the cleanest it had been since install, and was ready for our 3rd child who was born a week later. I would recommend and utilize their services again in the future.

Emko responded to my call immediately and was able to schedule my appointment to my convenience.  He was very professional and took great care and made sure that I was completely satisfied with his work.  He took his time and didn't rush through the job.  He even left us with a bottle of his spot remover which also works great.  We would highly recommend him and expect to be using him again for another area of carpeting.
