Dream Home Design

It went very good. At the first meeting they listened to all of our concerns and discussed all aspects of the job including how long it would take and what they did to protect our carpeting and such.The first day of the repair they arrived on time and finished most of the project on the first day. They put up plastic so we were able to use the shower in the morning as it was the only shower in the house. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up. We hardly even knew they were here! Once they completed the job, we did a walk through with the owner so we could give them feed back! We had been putting this project off because we had a bad experience in the past, but we are already discussing getting new counters for our kitchen. We will be calling Dream Home Design to install them.

I really enjoyed working with Rebecca and her staff. They came in and listened to our concerns and offered us options that solved our problems. When Rebecca returned, she had pricing available with two options we discussed along with product selected and 3D drawings so we could visualize how the room worked for us. We were also given a proposed timeline of progress so we knew where we were in terms of completion. Once we started the project, we were very pleased with the care taken to our home. Our floors and furniture were protected and the whole bathroom was cleaned up at the end of the day. The last project I did, I had to clean up after the workers once they left! Rebecca checked in on the job often and was there at key times to help me answer any design questions such as tile layouts and where to put the accessories. The bathroom was done quickly and we could not be happier with the results. We've already talked to them about a couple of projects we would like to do next year. And two friends have asked for their number so they can update their bathrooms!
