We have used Don's company now for 3 major projects. The first one we took several bids, even though Don had been been referred to us by our daughter's coworker. Our project was for a two story addition to our daughter's house for an elevator shaft. This included foundation, roof and, siding, including internal construction. Coordination with the architect, village inspectors, elevator installation contractor, state inspector. Lots of players! The next project was to prepare and update our duplex to put on the market for rental. The last project was to remodel and expand a bathroom to put in a walk in shower and air tub along with handicap accessible features and an adjoining laundry room. We always appreciate Don's research & creative problem solving ability. He also always has his customer's budget in mind which is refreshing!
