Chicago Cool Heat are excellent. They are extremely responsive to matters both small and large (like a broken AC in mid summer!) I called about a broken AC and within 2 days I had a new unit ordered and installed! Vladimir is very pleasant to work with and gives you all your options and recommendations to keep your systems working at top performance. Chicago Cool Heat will definitely be our go to for all things AC and Heat going forward.

We had Chicago Cool Heat do the replacement of our furnace, coil and heat system and they did an amazing job in a timely manner. They keep you updated through out the while process so you are in a loop and not surprises as typicalwith other contractors we’ve used. By the way they also did installation of the same work when we originally build our home. Highly recommend as you would be very happy with their work.

Vladimir was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful in helping us choose a furnace for our home. He was back very soon to install the furnace we chose. As he and his team installed the furnace they took great care to work carefully. They were also very sweet to my little boy who was interested in everything they did and they patiently answered his questions. The furnace has been wonderful! Of course, it did not act up while service was there! But Vladimir waited with me to see if it would act up. He gave me suggestions as to what the possible issues were and some simple remedies to fix it. It started to act up after he left and I managed to adjust a valve as he suggested and Ta Dah...no more noise! He also told me I could call him if it started, but I figured I would give it a whirl and try his advice. It has been fine ever since!

The team was highly professional very friendly And polished in the way they went about their work. They were efficient, they explained the process and the overall work, and once done, the work area was cleaned and the results were excellent.

We woke up one night in early July, hot and sweaty. I took a peak at our inside unit and saw frost on the lines. Next morning i gave them a call and he was out here by lunch time. There was a leak in the coil of he outdoor unit, a very small one which took some time to find. They installed the unit a few days later.
