The technicians who came out to do duct cleaning and furnace checking were very professional and efficient. They were done in 2 hours and showed us what they had cleaned - wow, it was surely needed! I would highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning.

Vince was my service agent. Very professional and informative. My system is approx. 15 yrs old and is in need of replacement. Needed to almost completely refill the freon in the system. As it had been running for a while with such a small amount of freon in the system the compressor seemed to be not functioning properly either. Vince worked on getting the system back up and running and charged a minimal price for the service visit, the freon, and the work on the compressor system. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

They do good work. We've had them for years. We pay for a plan, we get a three year plan. I have no idea how much it is a year. We don't break it down like that. I just give them a check and we are good for a couple of years or what ever it is. They are comparable to everybody else. They do real good work. They are real good with responsiveness. They were on time. They were fine.

They have fair prices and they're pretty open and direct in the way they present their products. No surprises and everything came in on budget. The workers were good and professional.
