Greg was very understanding of what we were looking for and was able to offer great suggestions to what he felt were things that needed to get done right now to allow him to handle the maintenance and larger tasks later on. So we basically had the company just clean the property up and bring it to a point where we could bring them in to do maintenance and small projects later on. We inspected the work a day after it was completed and everything was completed as discussed.

I really like the work that they do; they have been cutting and keeping our lawn for a while now. The reason I hired them is because I like the way they do take care of our yard. Now when they come to do the yard they will come back to the play area and rake the mulch. I have never asked them to do that, but I appreciate it. I like the fact that the foreman is up front with you. He will tell you this is how much it is going to coast. I like no having any surprises at the end of a project.
