Joe did a great job installing our backsplash. He kept in contact about his ETA and updated us on the progress for the project. Good to work with and good tile install.

Estimate 1800 plus materials. Did not smooth the walls in the bedroom, moulding by doors not complete just left it undone. The bathroom the lvp floor moves up and down not level, the floor at door will not stay down and cut wrong toilet was never bolted to the floor, when medicine cabinet came out the patching was horrendous, the vanity not fully against the wall the moulding is blocking it from resting against the wall , the faucet the done backwards all messed up they reworked and fixed it. The p-trap we purchased never used but took they installed flexible pipe AND CUT the metal plumbing and put a flexible drain pipe when the shelf could've been notched or removed to enable the code plumbing. Toilet paper holder they struggled with because the patch job with the old recessed holder that was removed. They couldn't put the tp holder on. The threshold had absolutely no idea how to cut and fit granted the one we bought was wrong was told I can make it work. They paused my remodel due to they had other jobs they set up before mine and that's not right finish one before moving on to the next... they left a mess, had to get all the paint that was dropped smudged all over my original hard wood floor, I had to repatch the bathroom cause it literally looked like shit. My husband is going to get a plumber to redo the bathroom sink drain and still have to figure out how to get the tp holder installed when there is no drywall to attach it too it's all spackle patched. To me cut alot of corners. I constantly had to clean everytime they left. Oh I almost forgot the dimmer switch he fried cause he doesn't know how to do electrical , had to buy a new dimmer switch and get an electrician in to fix that, the light that was installed will eventually be redone because the box was supposed to be anchored to a stud not drywall and a jumper wire to the house wiring but it's behind the box so it's not serviceable. When the electrician was out for the dimmer the wires were never capped either. Fire hazard... The trim is not flush with walls 1/8 to 1/4 gap took our supplies with him when he left the job I never signed a contract only got an estimate and he wanted to be paid I have alot of texts which one even states I shouldn't have taken on this project. My home bathroom is not to code according to the village of schaumburg ....

Showed up on time. Very conscientious that the work be completed properly. Everything was done well. He cleaned up the area. Very reasonable fee.

Joe was a very nice man. He showed up on time and he did everything I needed done, he had to come back a couple of times because I had some tile work done but he was back the next day. I had a fixture that needed to be changed out and a new faucet put in plus some tile work in the shower. He was reasonably priced.
