Our house is 40 years old and the kitchen and laundry room were in need of renovation.
Warman Construction were not the cheapest estimate but Glen Warman was knowledgeable and didn't underestimate the details of the job, so there were no hidden extras.
His team and the contractors he used were all friendly, courteous and always worked well as a team and kept us informed of progress and any changes in times or plans.
Although the project took about three months to complete the kitchen we have now is well worth the inconvenience we had.

Concrete Repair
I had an emergency repair to be done. I could not get anybody. None of the people responded. This company was recommended by my insurance agent. It is owned by Glen Warman. It was not as much of an emergency as I thought. It was so pretty scary with the step they reduced cracking stone; I thought I would kind of fall through to China. They came out and looked at it the same day that I called. The owner was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. The guy who came to do the work was also very nice. They came to do, I thought, a really thorough job in a better way than one of the other people who came out and looked at it.
