Tony is very knowledgeable and personable, and he and his people show up promptly (around 7:30 am) and do great work efficiently. I can't believe how quickly they got rid of some pretty big branches of our backyard tree, to keep them from falling onto our roof. They were also very good and quick about installing the yard drain, as well as weeding our (pretty large, for us) garden. The prices were right too. This is definitely our go-to company for all of our landscaping/yard work now.

The only reason we use them is because they were the cheapest ones we could find. They are always there when they are supposed to be there. We haven't changed what we do with them. Responsiveness is sort of a not applicable because we haven't asked them to do anything but cut our grass. They have been our lawn service for almost  years. To improve their service, they could not kill my plants and shrubs by weed whacking them. They could not turn off my anti deer mechanism and leave it off. I guess what I would say is they dont pay attention to detail. They just whack through my lawn in the most convenient way for them and get their job done and leave. Sometimes in doing so they cause damage or they put things in a bad situation for me and I have to clean it up.

The workmanship was very good.

Katlyn was prompt in all our meetings, and she even met us in the late evenings and the weekends. She designed and installed a new patio. She is the only landscaper we talked with that said we could save a tree in the middle of the yard. The finished product looks great. We plan to have her come back and help with tree placement.

Everything was done very well.  I just need re-planting due to the loss of evergreen bushes over the past winter.

 I would highly recommend Totalscape if you don't mind waiting for service, as they are very busy.

The tree work was done very well, and the cleanup was much better than average.  The new landscaping that Tony helped us select came out really nice.  The installation was very good.

Tony had provided us a quote for tree-trimming, and for no real reason, we just never acted on the proposal. However, once we saw how diligent and meticulous they were on tree-trimming in the next-door neighbor's yard, we leaned over the fence to seal the deal.
No only was Tony and his crew friendly and approachable, they offered to provide our service the very next day!
Their crew was respectful of the existing landscaping, did a superb job of tree trimming, and cleaned everything up so that you'd never really know they were there. If you need trees trimmed, Hire Them!

We just started with them last month. It went great. They charge $30 per push. They showed up as agreed and cleaned the driveway completely. They didn't leave the snow out in the street for our neighbors. They pushed it up into our property. We haven't had a lot of personal contact with them. We basically had contact when we interviewed for the job. That contact was fine. Their price was $15 a push less than everybody else.

Totalscape is prompt, professional, and effective in both plowing and mowing. I have also retained them to do some tree trimming and other yard work. Tony Amatore (the owner) is knowledgeable and helpful, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I've used Totalscape 3-4 times for winter tree work over the past 7-8 years. The owner Tony stops in to review the work that I want done and to make suggestions for other needed work. He has provided competitive prices and finishes the work in a timely manner. The crew has moved the large trimmed pieces into the woods next to my house and chips the smaller pieces which I use for mulch in the Spring. I expect to continue to use Totalscape for this service.

Tony and his workers do a fine job. I've used his snow removal service for about 8-10 years. When it snows overnight our driveway is plowed by 6:00AM. During heavy snows he'll return as needed to keep the driveway clear and do a final plowing when the snow has stopped falling. I pay by the plow and have always felt that Tony has been fair about his billing.

The crew were very helpful and very hardworking. They cleaned up as they went along and did a really nice job. They were very friendly and open to suggestions and changes. The yard looks a lot better now and the price was very reasonable--I am not one to go for the cheapest, I look for good value and someone I trust and can work with for the long haul. I am happy to recommend Tony's services to anyone in the area. You won't regret it.
