Plumbing
He came out and replaced a cartridge in the faucet. Two days after he replaced the faucet it started leaking again. I called his office and I was told that he had been called out of town for a funeral and he would call me when he got back. I waited a while and I finally called them back after a month and his receptionist told me he was back in town and that he must have forgotten to call. She then said that his truck is broken down so he couldn't come out to fix the faucet and they didn't know how long it would take to repair the truck. I have since had the work taken care of by another plumber who completely redid the work because it was done so poorly and the wrong part had been used. I feel as though I have been scammed and the plumber who came out and did the work correctly charged me $45 less than Tim Allen.
