Zero stars. Studio G has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. In the middle of my large project, they fired the designer, but didn't tell me. They thought she could finish up the job, based on her word to do so, and I would never know the difference. However she of course didn't finish up the job -- numerous components of it were forgotten, and dozens of errors were made, before she eventually stopped returning my calls. The billing was astrocious, dificult to verify. The project that was supposed to take 3 months took 9! It was tremendously demoralizing and frustrating. There were other ethical issues II discovered with the designer selling me goods from which she profited personally. Finally the owner, Tracy, took over the project, to "fix it," and she herself fogot about more parts of my order, and also made mistakes with the ones she did. I kept waiting and waiting for them to to do something to make the experience, which she freely admitted was a disaster, right, with a discount or some sort of recompense. Instead they added insult to injury, when I finally said "what are you going to do about this," by saying I was taking advantage of the opportunity to "extort them." They literally said "extort." It was the most obnoxious, disrespectful and unprofessional performance from any service provider of any sort that I've ever seen. On top of all that, the quality of the work was shoddy; measurements were off and materials are falling apart. Do not hire these people for anything; do not let them near your home.
