SHEETZ LAWN SVC

We hired Sheetz Landscaping to install landscaping and a unilock paver patio. Initially, the job seemed fine. The installation was done within a reasonable amount of time. As time went by, the patio fell apart. Bricks have been separating from the patio. The edges are the main problem. We have contacted the company many times over the past two years to repair the parts that are falling apart. The owner of the company responded directly. Repairs were done twice, but there are still problems. I contacted the company three times by phone this summer. The first time, I spoke with Mr. Sheetz and was told that they would come out when they have time. When they did not come, I called two more times. I did not receive a response. Then I decided to send a e-mail so that I have proof of contacting the company. I was told that someone would come some time during the month of August, but that this would be the last time. I believe that when a job is done incorrectly, the customer has a right to ask for repairs until it is right. Unilock is supposed to be guaranteed for life. I would never recommend this company. The owner is rude. After further research, this company does NOT have a Unilock certification nor has Unilock ever heard of Sheetz or his company. You are asking for trouble if you choose this company.
