Eric was very responsive to my request to have this project done, and it was completed within 2 days of my call. The overall process was quick and painless, and they required nothing from me the day of, they took care of everything. I did check on them from time to time, but I realized that wasn't necessary as every time I checked on them they were working very hard to get things completed. I know this company does water and fire restoration, and I hope i never need them for that, but if the worst were to happen there would be no doubt in my mind of who to call. Thanks again guys, Great job!

In a word, liars. I do not recommend liars or deal with them again. We scheduled the first appointment of the day 9-11am. I was told they would ARRIVE between 9-11am but to expect them about 9:15am because the next appointments would be between 11am-2pm and 2pm-5pm, and this should be about 1½ hour job. At 9:30am I called and left a message wondering if they were lost or got a late start. I called again at 10am. I got a call back at 10:03am and was told the cleaners were having some problems but were on their way and he hoped they would be there within a half hour. At 11:20am I called again and owner told me he would find out what was going on. I then received a call from the cleaner who told me they had mechanical problems, were in Indiana, and were about 1½ hours away. W**? I don't know if the cleaners lied to their owner, or the owner was lying to me when he wanted me to believe at 10am that the cleaners would arrive in a half hour. This is outrageously abusive of our time. I had told the owner when I booked the job that I would be there, I did not expect my parents to be there, and that I was going to work after the job. As it turns out, my parents were home, or we could not have accepted a 1pm arrival time, and would have had to cancel. This is terrible customer service. We understand that stuff happens. If we had been told earlier that the delay would be significant, and offered the option of rescheduling, we could have made a choice that worked in our best interest. I had spent the morning moving all the tabletop items, lamps and small chairs. The house was disrupted enough that I could not begin at 11:30am to put it back together and be to work at the time I had promised my boss. At noon, I left for work. My brother will now have to put everything back when I had planned to put back what I could. Cleaners arrived at 1:05pm. Carpets were cleaned. Carpets were left very wet. The cleaners also asked my mother to provide tin foil to put under the legs of furniture. What!? I had told the owner at 11:30am that I would not be there to pay and he could bill me. He said he would not bill me, but would call for a credit card number after the job was done. I did not receive a call yesterday, and have not received a return call to the message I left this morning. Companies can no longer get away with bad customer service, there is Angie's List.
