All work was performed in a timely manner and my roof looks great. A thorough job was done on the cleanup after the roof was completed. I would highly recommend Rick and his crew at RZG Restoration.

My roof was damaged in a storm and needed to be patched. Rick responded quickly and came out with the adjuster. Thanks to his knowledge he was able to prove that the roof was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He has stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and not only had my roof replaced, but went the extra mile and noticed that two other roofs in the association were damaged, and had them included in the same claim. He has been very patient through the whole process and I couldnt be more grateful. I would highly recomend him, and would go to him again in the future. It was a stressful situation having a damaged roof and not knowing the outcome, and Rick made it very simple and gave me piece of mind through out the entire process. THANK YOU RICK!!!

From the very first meeting with RGZ Restoration, Rick, the owner, was very polite, congenial, respectful to our needs in replacing our roof on our residential home. He did a full inspection and took care of everything from beginning to the end. He was always prompt and kept in touch always. The workers were also very prompt and courteous and did a great job. We had neighbors stop by and gave a lot of compliments. I highly recommend RZG Restoration.

Rick was very responsive and followed up in a timely manner. We struggled with the weather to be able to do some of the work. Rick rescheduled promptly and worked around my schedule. The work was done in a very professional manner and the house looks great. Even after he was paid he addressed an add on punch list issue that my wife had. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Too bad he doesn’t do interior work.

I'm a busy guy so I received a quote, from there I said ok whats your timeline, how long will it take? everything was done before the deadline and I know theres scammers These days with this industry. I initially reached out to my parents agent at the time and they instructed my parents to get more than one estimate due to being storm chasers out there. One of the two companies I reach out to for my parents were Ricky. In comparison to the other company, he was much more prompt and assertive with the work that needed to be done. Especially with the fact that my parent's and I were new with dealing with this type of claim. He was always flexible with time and explaining things thoroughly to my parents. The process was very seamless in our eyes. I would refer his company for any of my family, friends, and co-workers. Couldn't ask for better service!

Ricky and his crew are friendly, professional and extremely responsive to all our request and needs. His crew covers everything from smaller projects such as roofing, painting to larger projects such as kitchen renovation. They do an excellent job at a very fantastic price point.

It went great, they came out to repair and got it done within two days which was faster and quicker then I have accepted it. They went through the whole roof very properly and did a super job putting the new roof together. It was one of the best services, I got for a roofing job ever. I really loved everything they did and how it all turned out. I would definitely recommend using there services for future roofing job and will go to them if I ever need to.

Rick was very professional and time oriented. His guys did an amazing job on my roof and also made sure that everything was cleaned up prior the leaving each day. His prices were very competitive with the other estimates that I received. He was there for me from start to finish and did a fantastic job!
