These guys came and gave us a fixed price on the shower door replacement. They tore out the old door and put in a high quality new one. They did a great job on the install and were quick. Would definitely hire them again. They missed the first estimate appointment and it took a long time to get the shower door in requiring us to follow-up with them but that was no big deal. Great product at a great price!

Vey well, a great professional approach to understanding and purchasing a shower enclosure. Casual showroom with a vey helpful and informative sales/product info person.  Robin was awesome, , she is the daughter-in-law of the owners.  Fair competitive pricing and a complete explanation if what's included.  No extras, or B.S.  The water spot-free coating was included, the choices for "standard" hardware were more than expected.   We went with the "taller" glass  78" door for our newly remodeled master bath and are very satisfied with their product and service.  We would use them again.  Bob B.

Overall, very well.  Two minor issues - some pieces of glass were left in the yard after a transom window broke when removing.
Also, one of the repaired windows leaked when it rained.  After notifying them, they came right out and repaired it.  No problems since.

I was not happy with this because the issue is still not fixed. They were not courteous and the people they sent were not competent. They told me the problem would be fixed after the first time, but it is not. I talked with the supervisor and he told me the same thing. (That I would have to pay for a third visit)

"We are curious why when work was done in 7/13 and 8/13 the customer is just now voicing a complaint. When we are contacted by a customer we try and help them out the best we can as we have a lot of repeat and referral business. Your customer called us regarding a repair - not the original contractor. When called about doing a repair on a door we did not originally install we try to repair it as best we can. We offer no guarantee that we can repair someone else's work. We went out on 7/25/13 and again on 8/13/13 to address the problem. Our lead installer went out on 8/13/13 and explained that we did all that we could and that the door may need to be replaced. The customer admits that the shower door leaks less than before we came out. We feel that we did our job by lessening the leak and are not issuing a refund. There are factors that we may not be aware of or have control over such as the age of the door and hardware, how the tile work was done, the pitch of the shower base, how the door was originally installed, the direction of the shower heads/jets, the condition of the tile, and use of hand held sprayers. All these can affect the performance of a shower door."

If all companies performed services like this company there would be no need for Angie's List. Their customer service is superior and their installers are professional and are on time. I have used them before and I will use them again. I have a bathroom remodeling coming up and they will be the only company I call. I can't rave enough about them.

Once we got to a point where the glass and door could be measured, we contacted Reflections in Glass to ask for an estimate. A representative came to the house within 2 days and measured the shower base and walls. He called back later that day with a quote for the job; we accepted the next day. The glass and door was ordered and within 7 days, the installers were at the house to complete the job. There work was incredible. They were clean, on-time and prepared. The glass and door were exceptional in workmanship. The whole job took less than 3 hours from start to finish.
Shortly after the installation was completed, we received a very nice "Thank you" note from Tim Meade, one of the owners. What a nice touch and very thoughtful too.

I called them up for a quote and every single person I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and extremely nice to work with. They gave me an estimate and a day and time for the install. Because it is a condo, they transferred me all the paperwork I needed to get the bldg. mgrs. approval without delay. I even emailed them a question on a Sunday and I received a reply within the hour. The install was today. They arrived at the time they quoted me, the guys were clean, friendly and professional. Am I dreaming? The work was done to perfection and they cleaned up after themselves. I have never dealt with such a wonderful company.

The guys were clean, neat, and picked up any mess they made. They did a really nice job. They worked all day and the new surface was accessible by the next day because of the type of flooring that they used. Their pricing was also competitive.

We were not sure if we were going to replace the doors totally or try to change out the trim on the doors; we are trying to go from gold to silver. He explained everything and also advised that changing the trim could actually be more labor-intensive than getting new doors. I had called around a couple of other places to kind of get an idea, and that seems to be the similar thought across providers. We discussed that, and he gave me a little brochure too. Today, they came out to do some measurements, and I am waiting for their estimate, and they are supposed to be sending it to me tonight. We are pretty sure we are going with them, and now since they have taken accurate measurements, we are waiting for a more accurate estimate. I think they also have 20% off right now. I have got a great feeling, and I kind of already have an idea of what it is going to be, so it is just a matter of making a final decision.
