The job in the beginning started out well, except there was some miscommunication regarding who was going to move the furniture out of the house. The subcontractors for NuVision did and outstanding job with the hardwood floors as well as their tile guy who did our bathroom floors. After that it was all downhill from there. When my wife and I started to complain about the quality of the trim work and the wrong toilets were installed in our bathrooms, the owner, Howard Hanson became very nasty, rude and even threatened me at one point. When I asked him to go please return the in-correct toilets, he told me too bad, that what I get and then went ahead and installed them. The trim work was installed as if they were beginners in the trade, large gaps, badly mitred corners, cracks in the trim, and never informed is that the trim was going to be unstained, when pre-stained trim could have been purchased. The replacement door was installed with NO hardware, and did not close properly because it was never plumbed. At the end of the job I paid the bill, but withheld $400 for incomplete work. My Hanson then threatened me with putting a lien on my house. I have never been treated like this from anyone. I will never recommend nor use this company ever again. Stay away!!!!!!!

The home went from nice to outstanding. The best part was that NuVision took care of any and all things i requested. If I decided along the way that i wanted to add aspects to the job, they were smoothly incorporated. NuVision coordinated all deliveries of cabinets and appliances and even took care of handling all other deliveries I had during that time which allowed me to avoid taking extra time off work. Meetings were often at my office or at the house at night to help with my schedule. I had no problem giving NuVision a set of keys for my home and knowing that I had nothing to worry about. I have future home improvements coming up in the future that I will definitely want NuVision to be a part of. very satisfied.
