Compared to other providers they quoted the least expensive price.  They were kind of the best I think.  If you are shopping for price, that is the place to go.  If you are shopping for quality, it is average quality.  Overall I give them an A.

The guy that came did a good job, so far so good. I prefer to use them for seal coating since they already did our driveway.

They were great.  They were punctual and professional.  They did great work.

So far, so good.  Driveway was done 3 months ago and so far it seems good.  Job was done timely and a very good cleanup after wards.  I suppose it will take several years before I know how it stands up and how good the quality really is.

They replaced my driveway a few months ago.  Not much to say, they did what I hired them to do.  I for left work and they replaced the driveway over two days (City inspections on the base are required before laying down the asphault).  I never even saw the workers but my new driveway is perfect.

Sergio always promptly returned phone calls as we were putting together the job.  His site visits were prompt and he delivered requested info quickly.  The job is about four weeks old now it it appears to be very well done.  Overall I am very satisfied with their work and will use Northwest again if needed. 

The price was very good.  They were responsive.  They were on time and professional.  I will use them in the future.

I couldn?t be more pleased: 

1. Fast -- 1 day to totally remove, prepare, and replace my 3,200+ sq. ft. curved driveway with 2 lifts (i.e., 2 coats of new asphalt -- binder + finish coat).
    
2. Courteous & clean ? as if it was replaced "by magic" (my neighbors on both sides were very impressed).
   
3. Efficient, highly professional, and competent.  I have a lot of experience in construction and watched the project step-by-step (no shortcuts and high quality work with the right equipment for every step).
   
4. Price competitive (I had 2 other bids and they were in the middle).

The worked very professionally, produced a great looking driveway, and did a very good job with the clean up. Excellent work. The final cost was a little higher, since additional stone was needed due to the 3-4 layers of blacktop that were removed. But that was noted as a possibility when the estimate was given. (You don't want to actually dig it up, just for an estimate, so there may be some unknowns underneath.)

Sergio gave us an estimate which was $300 less than the other estimates we received. We needed to secure the permit, but once we had it, everything progressed smoothly. We were given an installation date (subject to weather delays) and we were advised about the process and what to expect. The day came for the project to start, and the crew arrived promptly at 8:15am and immediately began to remove the existing asphalt. Once that was done, a gravel truck arrived and they spread the gravel over the drive and then rolled it with a vibratory roller. It was all done within about an hour. The crew left to do another project while waiting for our Village's Building Inspector to approve the "pre-pour". The crew returned later that afternoon, and put down the new driveway, and rolled it smooth, again in about an hour. They cleaned up any asphalt that was on the sidewalk or the street as they went, installed a series of flags to block off the end of the drive and left us with instructions on when we could drive on it and later park on it. It was raining when they left, and I noticed a low spot which held some water, and I called about it the next day. Tony, the supervisor was very responsive and arrived later that day to inspect, and assured me that it shouldn't be a problem, but that, if a problem did arise later to contact him directly, and left me his business card. Fran, the contact at the office was very knowledgable and helpful. Overall a very good first experience with asphalt replacement.
