These were basic jobs that I could not do myself. I liked the company. I thought the gentleman who owns the company and was in contact with me did a great job of letting me know when they were coming. He responded immediately to my initial inquiries for work. I rate them highly on customer service. I had to have someone come out to fix a couple of things that were not done 100% properly. I was not thrilled with the person that they had sent out initially. His demeanor and everything was great, but I had to have someone else come out and rectify things. He seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry. My neighbor has used Mr. Handyman before, but she had used another person and was always very happy with him. My experience wasn't exactly horrible, but certain rods were not staying in place and so forth. I have come to know about other individuals that are less expensive than Mr. Handyman and have gotten great references. I might go with them in the future.
