Our professionals are IICRC-certified and follow the latest industry standards when it comes to our offered services, and we’re constantly reading industry publications, attending industry trade shows, consulting with peers and seeking continuous education to further master our craft. We’re not one of those carpet cleaning companies who also offers water damage restoration services, we’re a restoration company that exclusively provides restoration work. In other words, we’re a restoration company for people who need restoration work, a company that’s investing in the latest technologies and equipment to better provide our services to you, our customers. It’s not uncommon to face obstacles in restoration projects, as the presence of asbestos, lead or mold can complicate certain jobs. and repair because it is located in an apartment even though it is clearly stated
in apartment by-laws (and confirmed by property manager) that all owned
units are sole responsible for any repair needed to their apartment (i.e.
walls damaged from water). Furthermore, I even explained that my
insurance agent had already come out to audit/inspect the damage, had a
claim number and a check in hand for the damage/repairs. Still refused.

We contacted Master's service for a second opinion. Mario came in the evening, a few hours after we called, and showed us that the humidity in the subfloor and hard wood were still high at multiple spots. Jerry and his team then set up the drying process. They were well equipped and very skillful. Three days later, they convinced us the floors were finally dried with their measurement of humidity. In fact, the hardwood floor noticeably recovered and some light resanding would be sufficient. We then asked them to rebuild the ceiling and dry walls in the basement.
During the drying and rebuilding work, Jerry and his team member Adam explained to us clearly what they planned to do. They worked hard and were always on time. We were very impressed with their knowledge, skills, professionalism, and the results of their work.

My cost really wasn't anything because of the insurance. They were one of the most professional people I have had work on my house. Everyday when they left they were literally sweeping themselves out and not leaving anything. As far as service goes they were outstanding. They are on the pricier side. But after seeing the work they did it would be well worth the extra money you paid because their service is excellent.

He also told me to try to get my insurance company to cover some it by not disclosing the mold issue to them. If he was telling me to scam the insurance company, what kind of scam was he pulling on me?
I found my experience to be completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
After the drying had been completed, they returned to begin the restoration: replacing removed drywall, insulation, painting, door replacement, tiling and carpeting. The entire process from the day of the flood to the end of the project took about 1 month.
Jerry and his crew were a pleasure to work with : They payed attention to detail and seemed to take pride in their work. They were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the process of what needed to be done as well as the repair work that we could do. They also worked with us on the final cost which was very helpful.
I would recommend them and would certainly call them again for any future work in our home.
