Marvin F. Kosowski & Company has installed two roofs for me. The owners, Marvin and Betsy Kosowski, are amazing business people. In this day and age, it is hard to find a service company owned by individuals who are as honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and dependable as Marvin and Betsy. From my experience, they have proven that their customers come first, their prices are fair and quoted estimates do not increase. They provide great attention to detail, and customer requests are capably and quickly addressed. The Kosowski crew is a group of very hard-working, experienced roof installers who arrive on time, are well organized, keep the premises tidy while working, and clean up very well at the end of each day. Without question, Kosowski Roofing will go the extra mile for a customer which reflects their dedication to customer service. It is always a pleasure doing business with Marvin and Betsy Kosowski. I highly recommend them.

Very well! Quick and friendly response for an estimate to replace the roof on the house and garage. Scheduled the job at my convenience which was important since I work from home. The crew was prompt starting each day, worked diligently throughout the 3 days and thoroughly cleaned up each day before leaving. Betsy and Marvin were great to work with... Overall, a very positive experience!

I would very highly recommend this roofer, they were on time, the work looks great, the workmen were very friendly, they cleaned up with no trace on anything from the roof left on the grass. They use a truck to take away the old roofing so no container was left on the driveway while they worked. They are so convident that you will be satisfied that they do not ask for payment until the job has been completed. There were no surprises in the bill, it was exactly what they quoted.

Marvin and Betsy were very professional, knowledgeable, up-front, and easy to work with. The crew performing the job were also friendly and did a great job.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Betsy and Marvin are thorough and know their stuff!  They provided many options and gave a no-nonsense experience.  When asked about installing no gutters too, they explained that our gutters didn't need replacing and offered suggestions to solve some existing problems without replacement.  They even added an additional downspout in one spot at no additional charge.  Even after the work was done, they came back to personally address some questions I had and to make sure I was 110% satisfied.

They were excellent. The owners came out and inspected the work. The city inspector even complemented the work done on the job. They protected the shrubs around the house and cleaned up every scrap around the yard. They used a magnet to pick up any stray nails in the yard. We wanted to hire them for our own house but we live out of their service area.

Marv was referred to me by a neighbor. I appreciated the detail of the proposal down to the weight of the nails and number of nails per shingle. I loved the detail. After the 2 day job was done the crew of 5 spent 30 minutes scouring the property for debris. The clean up was remarkable. Marvin and Betsy are professionals and a local business. This was not a hail damage claim.

Kosowski roofing replaced the roof of my house in April of 2013 and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. The owner Marvin and his wife Betsy came out the same day I called them and provided a reasonable quote shortly after.
After gathering several quotes and thoroughly comparing my options, I ended up hiring Kosowski, not just based on the quote, but also for the following reasons that made a positive impression on me: Betsy returned my calls right away when I called to ask questions about the proposal and was very pleasant to deal with. I received a quote via email very quickly. They weren't pushy whatsoever at the time of the estimate like some of the other roofing companies I met with. They have been in business for over 30 years with zero online complaints, which says a lot. They also offered me a warranty that includes an annual roof inspection by the owner.
The tear off and new roof was installed in two days with a full crew. The owner Marvin stopped by a few times throughout the day to watch over things. My property was protected during the job and clean at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof replacement. You won't be disappointed.

Marvin and Betsy came to the house together when we were looking for bids on Mom's house to be sold soon. They explained what steps it would entail and gave us a bid and left us samples of roof shingles.
We set up a date when I selected them and they came as expected with a full crew. Marvin supervised the job that took 1 full day and an hour on the next day. He even hired another man to help speed up the process and make sure we wouldn't need to have a dumpster on the driveway.
Nothing was damaged and the ground around the house was spotless. They cleaned out the cutters as they promised and left their warrantee that could be transferred to the new owners. They even gave us gift cards, t shirts and hats as thank you gifts.
I loved them both and their workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone and feel very confident about it.

It took Mr. Kosowski and his crew 2+ days to complete. We are extremely happy with the results. They were not only punctual, very professional but also very hard working. We were quite surprised by how hard his crew worked, non-stop (except for lunch) from 7am to after 8pm. They all were very courteous and the cleanup went beyond their mess. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed and have already recommended them to our neighbor.

They did an awesome job. When we had them over for a quote they spent a lot of time with us. They accommodated our request for shingles. They took the extra step of painting the flashing to compliment the roof. and when we had they found flat roof materials that matched our shingles. They also went to the extra step of cleaning the fascia before putting on the gutters. All the fascia, including the ones that didn't have gutters. They did a lot of little tiny things that made the job that much better.

THEY CLEANED UP WELL & WERE VERY EFFICIENT.

EXTREMELY GOOD, CLEANUP WAS TREMENDOUS, AND FOLLOW UP IS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
