Marianne Fricke

I can't say enough nice things about Marianne. She was a wonderful resource and support during my (first) home search and purchase. I felt completely comfortable relying on Marianne's 20-plus years of experience as a real estate agent. She has a huge amount of knowledge and is extremely professional and patient. Purchasing a home can be a stressful time but she was a constant support and I found her to be very ethical. She was not pushy, particularly when I had contracts on two properties (at separate times) but later decided they weren't right for me. I did end up finding a home I liked and when there were issues about the condition of the property and resulting negotiation, Marianne was a great advocate and resource. I ended up purchasing a home that needed expensive repairs but at an appropriately reduced price. I would recommend Marianne to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.
