This was a big deal purchase. It was okay; they were average. They were late and did not even call to tell me they were going to be late. It was not, like, they were five minutes late. When they came the price was going to be higher than the quote. I know that can happen sometimes but it was higher than I expected. I thought their price was a little high. They were late and I believe I tried to call them so we kind of had a misunderstanding there. To get better grades from me they could have been on time and if they were not going to be on time they need to call the client and tell them that they are running late. In addition I personally thought that the quality could have been a little better, they just did okay. They came and they were not completely equipped. It was the little things -- for instance they needed paper towels to wipe down a mirror or something so I gave them my roll of paper towels. They did not even give it back; they took my whole roll of paper towels. It was only a roll of paper towels but it was still irritating. They did not follow up and did not even call me ever again.

When the team arrived, they commented that it was a big house, and asked how much time I wanted. I asked them to do what they could with the agreed-upon amount of 2.5 hours. I found nothing omitted and came home from surgery pleased to be in a clean home.

The 2 woman showed up, very polite and professional. The job they did, well, it can best be summarized by the statement my wife made, "they did a great job." And we all know that woman are pickier than a guys when it comes to cleaning. Without a doubt I will use them again.

We moved from NC and found our house needed cleaning the night before the movers arrived. We did not have time to clean. I called Maids On Time and they sent two employees out to clean our home from top to bottom. I have never been so happy with the performance of a cleaning company in my life ( this is the 6th state I have lived in). They were experts who new how to make the old look new again! Not only did they do what was asked, but more, until the house looked spotless when they left. The price was very reasonable also!!

We needed our entire house cleaned before we could move into it. The 2 people who came followed my wife's instructions and cleaned every room of the house thoroughly, including dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing the bathrooms, all of this for a very reasonable rate.

It has gone very well so far. They do the work on Fridays when my wife and I are at work and we always come home to a very clean house. They focus on the high traffic areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, master bedroom) and touch up the other areas when needed. Absolutely no complaints thus far.

After 3 yrs with this company I am still very happy. Roma the office personnel is very quick to respond whenever you call. The staff that arrives at your home does so on time and with professional cleaning supplies. I usually am at home working in my office and am never disturbed by them. They do a really great job for a great price. They are good about vacations or when you are sick and homebound and have to re-schedule. They are also good about going above and beyond normal cleaning like changing of my sheets and putting fresh towels out. I also have a very big dog who all of the cleaning crew never have a problem with. All in all I am a very satisfied customer and hope to keep this company as my cleaning service for many years. .

They showed up, but they didn't do a thorough cleaning. The house was empty. The next day, I went over and spent four hours cleaning. They didn't clean the tops of the microwave and refrigerator. The refrigerator was on, and there were a few food items in the freezer. They didn't clean the inside of the refrigerator. When I pulled out a pull-out drawer in a cabinet, it had not been cleaned. There was some food that had been spilled in a pantry shelf. The wood floors had been cleaned really well. They cleaned the bathrooms well. The also cleaned windows. They just missed a lot in the kitchen. I thought the pricing was reasonable. They were there right when they said they would be.

After searching A's list and not finding much nearby, I used the yellow pages and called 6 services, leaving msgs. Two returned my call, and I chose Maids on Time (call returned by the owner, Roma). I needed the house cleaned on a Saturday and requested that at least 1 person speak English clearly. Two women arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning. Completed in 2 hours. There were 2 snags: I heard something hit the floor and figured if it was something of mine they would tell me. But later I found a small English vase broken at the top, put back on the shelf with the flowers in it (with no mention of it to me). The second snag was that later I couldn't find my glass cleaner that I keep in the kitchen cabinet (they bring their own supplies). So that was odd. Other than these two incidents, I was happy with their work, and with two people, it got done faster.
