Their professionalism was really terrible; I?m still trying to get ahold of them from when another provider came out to give an evaluation on my roof about a year ago. They put a new roof on our house almost six years ago and I have not heard from them at all. It was just a nightmare, the whole thing; it took so long and I think they charged me too much.
