+ -1 moreI contacted Insignia for a master bathroom project. Susan Waters came out to our home and was very respectful and seemingly had many good ideas that she felt would satisfy our needs. We discussed the project, our needs and desires and I even provided her with photos I had collected on Houzz. 3 weeks after our scheduled meeting I emailed her for an update, I had not yet heard from her about a proposal. 2 weeks after that we were finally able to schedule an appointment at the showroom (both our schedules were busy at this point). The meeting was beyond underwhelming. She seemingly threw the proposal together last minute. The layout (our major issue) was still the same, the finishings were no where near our desires and it seemed she did not listen to any of our concerns and desires for our space. I really did get the idea that we were not a priority for her and that she put no effort into the design.
