Dr. House & Dr. Williams, wonderful people. They treated my animals for 30 years. They’re just wonderful people. Dr. Williams is the sweeter, nicer one. Dr. House is probably the more knowledgeable, focused one, but they’re both great. The staff’s wonderful. Dr. Williams was crying at the time. They’ve know all our pets their whole lives. I wished they didn’t move a little further away, but that’s nothing against their rating. I think they’re wonderful and they know that. They’re welcome to get my name that they’re great, cause they are.

They care. They really care about the animals. They have grown into such a big practice now it is not as free with time as it used to be. They really care about the animals. The dogs all like going to them they all got ear scratches and treats.

We have used them for over 20 years Dr. House and Dr. Williams are great.

I use them all the time. They are pretty good and very caring. If you have a problem, you can call them at any time.

Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital is excellent. They have brand new offices, excellent facility and they have very caring vets and staff. It's easy to get an appointment. All vets are expensive, they're probably typical prices for that type of field.

Just wanted people to be aware of what a wonderful place this is! I have been bringing my Yorkie to them for 6 years, and another recently acquired Yorkie for nearly a year. Dr. Williams is simply wonderful, so caring, as are all the staff members. I wish I could find doctors that cared as much as this place does for all the pets and its owners.
From making appointments, to having emails answered, for all the followup that is done by this office, I would never take my pets anywhere else. They are simply outstanding.

They're wonderful. Their prices are competitive, they're compassionate and wonderful. The office is clean and lovely and I never have to wait and they treat the pets like they're their own.

Our dog needed a veterinarian and they were really close by. The veterinarian, Dr. House was very nice. The staff was also really nice. The environment was very nice. They took us right into an exam room. My dog actually has anxiety issues and he is really big. We were able to get right into a room, so that was nice.

My dog and I had an excellent experience with Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital. The staff took us in right away. The nurse initially examined our dog. She was so patient and nice. Our dog immediately felt comfortable with the staff. Dr. House took care of our dog. He completed a thorough assessment and immediately recommended a treatment plan. He was knowledgeable and gave us a complete explanation of what he thought was wrong with our dog. He patiently answered any questions we had about our dog's illness and he gave us a detailed summary of the treatment plan. He even called the next day to check up on our dog and to give us the lab reports. Dr. House was comprehensive and compassionate. In fact, this professional demeanor is reflected through-out the hospital from the receptionist staff to the health professional staff. We even received a "Welcome" card from the hospital which was signed by everyone, including the doctors. This really was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Our dog is better now, thanks to Dr. House. He still needs follow-up care and we plan to make Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital and Dr. House our designated health care facility. Thank you Dr. House and Staff!!!

Dr Williams was very caring and professional. She is very knowledgeable and obviously loves animals. The staff there have all been very pleasant and helpful as well.

They have a cat specialist, I can't remember his name. He was good. We didn't have any real problems with them. In particular, I liked the fact that they had someone that was specifically knowledgeable in cats. I would use them in the future too.

He is a great veterinarian. He is very informative and very hands-on with my pet. He has treated my pet since she was a puppy and she is almost 13. He is great in an emergency and he returns calls promptly. He's great overall. My pets interact very well with him.

The treatment succeeded. Dr Williams interceded w/ the heart worm preventative manufacturer to pay fro the treatment since the preventative was guaranteed to be effective. Previous and subsequent visits have been proven to be excellent experiences. My dog actually enjoyes going to the vet!

Dr. House from the Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital is very conscientious and thorough. I have been using his service for about five months now. I was referred to him by a friend. He is an awesome vet. I will continue to use his service in the future.

They are wonderful, very professional, and caring. We have used them for 17 years, the owner, doc of the house, is one of the best.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL. WE LOVE THE WAY IN WHICH THEY TREAT US and OUR PETS. IN ADDITION TO THIS THEY RECENTLY HELD AN OPEN HOUSE WHERE WE BROUGHT OUR FAMILY and 12 MEMBERS OF OUR YOUNGEST GIRLS FROM THE GIRL SCOUT TROOP. THEY WELCOMED US and PATIENTLY EXPLAINED HOW THEY TREAT DIFFERENT ANIMALS.

WE WERE ABLE TO BRING THE KITTEN IN THE SAME DAY. THE DOCTOR AND STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.
