This company came highly recommeded, so it was very disappointing that they did not honor their commitment. They did return my
deposit along with a letter, giving me a credit for any plumbing service in the future. Unfortunately, I wasted 8 wks waiting for them
to put in a lift station, and now have to wait another 10 weeks to get someone else out to put one in. If they knew they weren't going
to be able to do the job, they should've contacted me earlier, instead of me having to call numerous times to find out when
they would be out.. Sadly,it was not a good experience for me.

See above. GMS has informed the developer that they've been to our place to for the drywall work and no one was present. However, this is invalid since our nanny was at home during the times when they were scheduled to come to our home (and they did not show up several times).
