EXCALIBUR TECHNOLOGY CORP

The company did not receive business emails from its prospective clients due to the web filter that Excalibur uses for Microsoft Exchange. Excalibur filtered and did not allow emails from many school districts in Illinois to be received. The filter which they use and cannot control automatically deleted them (it was not even placed in a spam file). They were not allowed in to the domain so the company had no knowledge until after the fact and only by having an individual notify a third party that our company was not reachable for business. This was found out weeks after the deadlines for RFP's by the school districts were due. This was detrimental to the company's business and revenue was lost. When it was called to their attention, they stated it was out of their control. Upon further research, I found that it could be within Excalibur's control had they used a more advanced filter. Excalibur took no responsibility and was completely unprofessional in its response and handling of the situation. All services had to be removed from Excalibur.
