We have used Enterprise several times and we have rented a 15 passenger van 3 or 4 times. We have had very good luck whenever we have rented them and we have gotten very reasonable prices. They were very accommodating and the price was reasonable. The people are very accommodating, they will pick up and deliver if you need it, they are somewhat flexible with their pricing but they have coupons and other discounts. All of the offices have nice, clean and comfortable waiting areas and I just had the feeling that the people were accommodating.We are going to use them again in a month.

Their prices are reasonable. They are close by, friendly and very helpful. Their prices are average. I will definitely use them again.

I have used them quite a bit and have always had good service. I have never had a problem and I just call in whenever I've needed to and get the car. Quality is an A because the car I wanted was in stock, I picked it up, and had no problems. I have an AARP card so I get a discount.

I was very happy with them. The car and the people checking back in were great. It was picking up the car that was the problem. When they picked me up and I got there, there were 15 people in the waiting room and I had to wait an hour. It was not their fault but they should have anticipated it.

I didn't even get out of the parking lot. I told them that I couldn't see out the back window. They took off the headrests. I started back out again and it had tinted windows. I didn't like the car and took it back. They told me "I would get used to the car." I got caught in the rain. With the tinted windows and dark sky, I couldn't see. I called them back and said I would return the car. I went to another car rental lot across the street.
