DSA INC

I recently had an install problem with my DSA extreme scope mount. I asked for instructions to be sent me from both DSA customer service and posted the same request here on the DSA thread. I got no instructions from either. I don't know maybe there are none other than verbal. I ended up buying 10 new button head screws as the original slotted screws suck. Get this, THe tiny screws were $1.00 each! I guess that's ok as they are nice screws. Probably more of a pain to sell than they are worth. BUT S&H was $10.37!!! I weighed the entire package with screws, invoice, bag, etc. it weighed .7 oz. Yes, total was less than 1oz. Is that a rip off or what?? Maybe DSA needed to get a TARP STIMULUS FROM me on this buy! I am completely in favor of a company making a profit but this is ridiculus. I have bought a lot of parts from DSA, all high quality! But the 1st time I need customer service help with some instructions I get nothing and then get gouged on the S&H for the small parts needed to fix the problem! I also notice that John the DSA rep on the DSA dealer thread here has deleted my similar post on that thread. I guess he does not want anyone else tpo be alerted to the rip off and poor customer service they can expect from DSA. THe bad press must be more that he could bear! Shame on DSA. They should be better than this!
