Denise D'Amico - RE/MAX Central

Denise D'Amico - RE/MAX Central I am using the right now as a matter of fact.  She is my agent.  She has been working with me since December actually, off and on, she is just doing a great job.  Denise the the one who has really been representing me, she has been very responsive to me, she looks for what I tell her to look for, she doesn't try to oversell me.  She just does a very professional job.  She knows what she is doing, when you sign the sales agreement, I'm on my third one now, still waiting for one that goes through.  She does just really, you know every "i" is dotted and "t" crossed.  If you need contingencies they are in there.  And she put them in there without really you telling her, hey give me a contingency in case of inspections or something goes wrong with the inspection or what ever, she puts them in there.  She is really watching out for you.  I think that that's great.  I would give her an "A."
