I found the realtor to be proactive in the buying process and the evaluations for the contractor's work. She did a poor job, however, of setting the price for the resale. The price was set at an unreasonable rate and had to be lowered continuously for months afterward while I waited, paying all the bills and taxes incurred in the meantime. When I insisted that I be let out of the contract so I could get some competent help selling the property, all the employees of Keller Williams refused to do so, even after a strong vote of NO CONFIDENCE on my part, knowing that they had the option to terminate the contract if they chose to do so.
