 + -1 moreI found the realtor to be proactive in the buying process and the evaluations for the contractor's work. She did a poor job, however, of setting the price for the resale. The price was set at an unreasonable rate and had to be lowered continuously for months afterward while I waited, paying all the bills and taxes incurred in the meantime. When I insisted that I be let out of the contract so I could get some competent help selling the property, all the employees of Keller Williams refused to do so, even after a strong vote of NO CONFIDENCE on my part, knowing that they had the option to terminate the contract if they chose to do so.
Description of Work: The agent sought a property at below market value for this buyer to remodel and then sell asap. The realtor inspected contractor's work and made recommendations as to what needed to be done that was not done and the quality of the work. She also recommended the price the property should be sold at and held showings for realtors and prospective buyers.
