"Prior to working with any dog, a full history is taken including any health/medical issues which would impact training, especially neck or back issues. If I am aware of a health constraint, I would, of course, avoid using any equipment which would in any way exacerbate it. Although I followed up with this client following our first session, she never responded, so I was unaware of this situation until this review. Since reading of this situation, I have tried contacting her multiple times, by phone and email, to offer her a full refund, but have been unable to reach her."

Carol's methods are awesome. We corrected virtually all the behavioral problems in the first session, and greatly improved our dog's behavior in all aspects in the first week. In the second session we refined our techniques. My dog is now attentive, disciplined, and happy - an A+ on behavior, attitude and energy (not too much either). And my dog absolutely loves the training exercises!
I have nothing negative to say.
My dog was trained once previously so I had some expectations - I am amazed by Carol Ross' / Canine Dimensions' effectiveness and ease of training. This service is very high quality. We are having excellent results.
Best of luck with your dog, but if your results are like mine, you won't need it. With Carol Ross / Canine Dimensions our dog seems to want to be trained and want to behave well. I couldn't ask for more.
