Mary was amazing. She overcame virtually all of my anti-Realtor prejudices. ;)  She listened with genuine concern about my situation. She didn't push the property she first showed. She let me look around and didn't follow me around pointing out the obvious. She had me at that point, but it doesn't end there.
This was a rental situation, which of course won't make Realtors rich. But Mary took this on with more concern, thoroughness, and advocating on my behalf than any Realtor I'd had in the past for home purchases!  She worked quickly, provided thorough information, and truly advocated for me. She made sure I didn't settle for a rental I liked that was priced way too high (and had a curmudgeonly landlord), and I'm so grateful for that. She could have inked the deal and made her half of the fee. She was genuinely concerned, and investigated other possibilities for me, while negotiating on the original location in her uniquely tactful and non-aggressive way.
She communicates very clearly, is beyond thorough, and although I shouldn't stereotype, exudes that wonderful gentle British tact and charm. Which initially fooled me... but she was tenacious on my behalf, nudged me in the right direction, and didn't let a single detail drop. Not one! She followed up with every single question. 
Truly a pleasure to work with, I'm floored at the genuine concern and above and beyond helpfulness for such a relatively teeny deal. I will be buying again someday, and there is no question who I'll use. 

Gail was very personable and professional. She is highly experienced and provided invaluable advice on staging the home, recommending the listing price and the optimal time to list. She even provided some of her own furniture and home accents for staging purposes. She was very proactive in the marketing of the house and provided lots of good advice when offers started coming in, and during the negotiation process. The home sold unexpectedly quickly, and we hadnt yet found our next house. Gail was also proactive in helping us look for our next home. Although in the end we bought a place outside her territory, we appreciated her hustle. We would recommend Gail without reservations and indeed have since recommended her to our son, who is now considering selling his own home.

They are very professional. Any time we needed the realtor to be here, she was here. When we are buying a house, sometimes we want to see it and make sure we are making the right decision and so commitment is important. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very good at her job.

Claudia went over all the documents we would use, did background on comps in the area, and really did a great job on the open houses. More importantly, she keep me apprised all along the way. I never felt like she wasn't out there working for me. She answers her phone and returns calls promptly. I sold my house at over 99% of my asking price. She worked for me past the closing, since I left town prior to closing. She even deposited my check for me at my bank!.

It went great, very smooth transaction. I am very satisfied.
