BAS detailed my classic 1989 Mustang convertible, which I am hoping to sell to a good home. This was my first time at having a car professional and was a little hesitant on who to use. BAS were responsive and gave me a ride to and from my home as a part of the cost. They even kept the car inside overnight for me since it rained the day I had it detailed. I was extremely pleased with the job they did on my car. It looks like it just rolled of the showroom floor.

They did a really nice job on the inside of the car. The outside had a few small areas where the wax wasn't totally buffed out, but for the most part, they did pay attention to detail and even cleaned the toy I have mounted on my trailer hitch! Altho the car was nicely done, their customer service needs work. I was never able to get anyone to answer the phone, I had to leave a message and wait for a call back (this is really inconvenient since I am not always available to answer the phone). Their website offers pick up and delivery service, but when I asked about it I was told it wasn't available. When I arrived to drop off my car, nobody was at the front desk. I finally realized she was in the bathroom doing her "morning routine". It was difficult to politely get her attention - but I didn't want to keep my friend waiting (the one I had to recruit to give me a ride). I did not get a call when my car should have been ready. I finally had to call in, leave a message and wait for a call back. When I arrived to pick up the car, again, nobody was in the office and I was left waiting until someone finally came in from the garage to assist me. Very friendly; cars are ready and the time estimated and job is done thoroughly. They are very concerned that everything is perfect. Paul is the owner and has always gone above and beyond for me. They do a thorough job - inside and outside spotless. The best quality job I have had done as far as detailing goes. Sometimes they are booked and its over a week before you can get an appointment, but they are that good. Excellent at what they do and it will preserve your car. Expand!

Really did a great job, and my car looks brand spanking new. Everything was immaculately done, both inside and out. Engine was cleaned as well. Will absolutely use again -- already have an appointment for my wife's car. Quoted price was $195, but I had a $25 off coupon.
