They were very good at checking in the books, but their system does not send out the next book/CD.  To get the next book, they asked that I send an email if another book is not sent out within a couple of days.  Unfortunately, a book was never sent out within 2 days so I had to remember to email their customer service and remind them but it would still take up to 6 weeks or more for another book to be sent out.  They told me that iI had to make sure I had at least 50 books in my cue which I did but that didn't give me any better serviceThen another roughly 10 days to arrive via mail.  In the meantime, they were still charging the monthly fee.  I was constantly requesting a refund which they gave consistently. Even though I was fed up with their service, they have a great website that kept track of the books I read and I was not looking forward to starting with another company.  Since January 2012 until now April, I have only received 3 CD's and finally gave up.
