My MacBook Pro was acting up repeatedly over several days. I brought it in and the technician did a thorough evaluation and found the problem was in the 8GB RAM chips I had installed from a third party. He put back the RAM chips that came standard with the computer and reinstalled system 10.8. The problem was fixed. No more crashes. Was treated very well, the whole process took 45 minutes. Quality of Genius support is very good.

My experience wasn't good at all. I already knew how to set up the computer and felt dumbed down when they were telling me what to do. I understand it's their job to do that but by my telling them I already had a Mac Pro, an iPhone 4 and a .Mac account it felt like it wasn't enough for them to know we were all about Apple. I'm going to be going to another store next time.
