They came out set the trap. After two weeks of no activity, they removed the trap. We have to call them back again after we saw the ground hog again. They came back out and set the trap. This time, a raccoon was caught during the weekend. I let the raccoon out and told them about it. They removed the trap the next day with the excuse of I should not have let the raccoon out. Of course the ground hog is still around. The person came out was professional. The people in the office is terrible. Bad customer service and not very good at what they do. Will never use them again!

The animals must have moved, after 30 days they came and picked up the traps and I have had no further problem. They also checked the traps everyday!
