It didn't go well at all. The provider was supposed to repair the tracks on the sliding closet and kitchen drawers. He did not. In fact, I cannot use the closet drawers because they are worse AFTER Accent Home got involved. Additionally, the kitchen drawers are worse AFTER he came (in fact, the drawer Accent Home worked one collapsed the week after the work was performed. I will have to pay someone else to repair the work (although I paid Accent Home for work that amounted to no work at all). I am not pleased!!!

Carl did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations. Had a number of suggestions and the completed job was fantastic. Also was very neat. A wall was removed and he hung plastic so that there was no dust... moving into the room. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a professional.
