We hired Dave to inspect an old home we were interested in buying. Dave did an outstanding job. He was punctual, efficient, and supremely knowledgeable. His experience with the area as well as with home inspections and repairs gave us a lot of confidence in his work and subsequent decision-making on the home's contract. He spent time walking us through each issue, answering questions and giving his input in detail when we requested. We feel incredibly well-prepared regarding the projects present in this property, and Dave has been available for a number of follow-up questions from us newbies.

Dave's home inspection was very thorough and informative. He educated us about several features of the home as we went through the house. He emailed us (& our realtor & our lawyer) a very detailed home inspection report, laying out what needed to be taken care of as a safety issue and what was maintenance, etc. Dave also worked with us to reschedule our inspection when the homeowner canceled our first appointment with very little notice. We were very pleased and recommend him highly.

Provided extremely thorough, detailed report. Definitely not a check the box inspection. The price was commensurate with the time spent (4 hours). We were very happy. He found problems we would have never seen otherwise, such as a $1000 window replacement job that the sellers needed to fix. Professional, knowledgeable. Would recommend. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Our home buyer hired some guy who simply checked boxes and could barely speak English!
