+ -1 moreI never heard from him again. My carpet was ruined and there was over an inch of water on the floor. I had to get another plumber who fixed it satisfactorily. Why Windy Hill couldn't have had the common courtesy to even call and let me know he wasn't coming is beyond me. I could have found someone else much sooner. Totally unprofessional!
Description of Work: The freezing weather caused a pipe to burst in my bathroom. I called Windy Hill Plumbing to come fix the pipe. Kevin Thies, the owner, took my information and said he would come to the house the next morning and would call first. The next day he had not called by noon so I called him and he said he was at another job and would call and come by later that day. I told him the water was still leaking and he said he would get to me.
