ZACK MOGA SEWER SERVICE

Zack was prompt (even a little early)!  He got his equipment ready and got to work quickly! Soon he was done, found the roots that would have soon caused issues as I have had in the past. He cleaned the area and was ready to leave quickly. 

Zack Moga has no equal in terms of quality and expertise of service.  Zack truly provides care as if it were his own home.  But therein lies the problem; Zack is in such high demand and can no longer service all the customers who seek his service.  He is very hard to get a hold of and will not accept new customers.  I would highly recommend Zack, but if you are not already a customer, you are out of luck.

Mr. Moga is by far the most honest plumber I have ever met. He cleared up the problem, communicated well and charged a fair price.

Integrity is important. I would call Mr. Moga again and would recommend him to others. Thank you Mr. Moga! 

Moga was on time, knew what he was doing and did it in a timely manor.

Zack is great.  He cleared a blockage we had back in 2009.  There's a tree at 110 ft across the street that had roots going into our sewer line.  When Naperville contracted to have the city sewers lined this year (2014), one of the contractors flagged me down and told me to expect blockage in the future because he could see roots in our pipe just before it hooked up with the city line.  Zack got the job done and we should be worry-free for another 5 years.

After having a different plumbing company rod out our sewer twice within a week, and having the City of Naperville TV the sewer, the City found that we still had significant roots in the system. 

We called Zack Moga Sewer Service and set them up for the next week.  (I would have liked them to come out sooner - that's the only regret.)

They arrived on time, and worked immediately to clear the sewer of roots using a 4x6 expandable cutter.  They stayed on site while the City crews TV'd the line to confirm that the job was done. 

Overall, they respected the property, and did not make a mess in our finished basement.  I would hire them again.

Another company said I would need to dig up my yard. Luckily someone recommended Zack Moga. He was professional and was able to clean out the sewer line without much of fuss. I was extremely impressed with Zack and lucky that someone recommended him.

I like Zack because he gets the job done and his prices are reasonable. I'm sorry, but I just don't remember how much it was that I paid for this service. I have used him for other work before. He is also very nice and responsive.

PROBLEM WAS ROOTS AND IT WAS SOLVED. ZACK ALSO GAVE ME HINTS ABOUT WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN THE FUTURE.
