I think they had good, unique window solutions for custom windows. They have a good product, because my windows are really old. They're over 20 years old. I guess I ordered it online and they mailed to me, but the part that I got didn't fit so I'm trying to get them to send me a different part, and I just have been being able to hit the right people because I put the handle on and it looks like it was going to fit but it didn't. So, I took a picture of it with my phone and just every time I had the chance to call them, they're not open on weekends, so at least their customer service department or the technical department is in so I have to do the work and still has the chance to give them a call while on network. I would say that their unique window solutions are excellent.
Description of Work: I've used Velux Solutions. It was just some parts that I ordered. It was a handle crank to open up a skylight window.
