We always use the Honda dealer where we purchased the vehicle. It's a little more expensive to go to a dealer than it is to go to a shop, but we choose to go to a dealer. They're always excellent. We've owned a car that we'd purchased there since 2007. Never a problem. Their front desk staff when you pull in, you don't need an appointment unless it's a big thing, is very responsive and takes care of you. Plus it's got a great coffee room. Usually if I'm waiting or my husband is, we'll sit and work or take our computers. They've got a great facility for that which is kind of nice. We often don't leave the dealership. That's how they get you to buy their cars. We know their price is higher than the neighborhood place but we understand that.

I've used this provider multiple times over the last 12 years for two separate Hondas.  I love that I don't have to wait for an appointment for service.  Everything is clean.  There is free wifi and computers.  There are multiple TVs if that's what you want.  When I had an issue with my car on my way to an appointment.  They took me to my appointment and picked me up when it was over.  When something took a little bit longer than normal, I was given a loaner with all the bells and whistles.  All of the staff is friendly and courteous.

The two salespeople we worked with were fantastic. We came in on a Saturday and worked with Nick Poole. He was super straightforward and knowledgeable and answered our questions very honestly. We didn't feel like we were trying to be upsold or pushed into something we didn't want.
We decided to think it over before purchasing. While the manager really didn't want us to leave (and was a bit pushy about it), we could tell Nick completely understood. We stayed in text communication with him over the next few days and came back in the next night we were available.
Nick was busy but knew we were coming and introduced us to Lexie, another absolute superstar. She was fantastic from start to finish (she actually greeted us the first time we visited and made an impression even in that very short amount of time). The whole process took us about 4 hours (mostly because we were so indecisive about some things) and again was completely supportive and honest and not at all pushy.
She called and emailed the next day with excellent follow up, including notes on which radio stations weren't able to be programmed the night before and instructions and a YouTube video on how to do so. Just stellar from start to finish.
