Two Brothers Residential Maintenance & Service

Job was satisfactory but customer service was terrible and scheduling was terrible. Powerwashing was done before materials and crew were available for staining. Staining wasn't done until a week and a half after washing. Customer was rude and Defensive.

Quote was provided in timely manner. Work was a bit delayed due to frequent heavy rain during the Spring/Summer of 2019. They were very efficient though and came out and power washed while waiting for weather to dry out. Painting was done shortly thereafter and was absolutely beautiful! Would certainly rehire! Attempted to complete an awesome google review for them but I have no account to access. 2 thumbs up all the way!!!

Really good experience. Chuck was very punctual and came in person to provide the quote. Price was competitive. Everything from there went as scheduled. I had a question about how one area had turned out and Chuck sent his crew back to redo the area (which is more than I was expecting). Throughout the process, Chuck was very communicative, responsive and reliable. Highly recommended.

Chuck responded quickly to my initial contact and came out promptly to provide an estimate, which was thorough and broken down by each segment of the project. Given the time of year, check was not sure weather would permit the job to be done in fall and might need to wait until spring, which was fine by us. When nice weather was predicted, he contacted me immediately to schedule the painting. A crew of four arrived on time and did a great job, they tarped the patio area and worked quickly and neatly. Since the deck/steps needed stain versus paint, Chuck recommended waiting until spring when the result would be better. The entire team was professional, responsive and the job looks fantastic.

One couldn't usually say that hiring a company to do things to your home is very low-stress, but that's exactly what I will say about working with Two Brothers. I hired them to clean and stain my deck, and it was the easiest, most stress-free thing I have ever had done to my house. The estimate was done in the beginning of this month, and since everything I needed done was external, I did not have to be present. I could have arranged to be present, but it was extremely convenient that it was not required. Since the estimated price was about what I had expected, and because of Two Brothers' excellent reputation here on Angie's List, I didn't bother getting any other estimates and went about hiring them and sent in my deposit. On their estimate, it showed they would probably complete the job about a month and a half later, but I was very pleasantly surprised when they called about 3.5 weeks earlier than anticipated! The wash was done, and then the staining was done two days later. I did not have to be present for either part of the job, which again was extremely convenient! And the deck looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased! My only complaint (and it's a VERY tiny one) is that I wish they had an online payment method so I wouldn't have to worry about my checks getting lost in the mail. Overall, I would definitely hire Two Brothers again and would recommend them to others. I'm very happy with my experience with them!

From start to finish, everything about Two Brothers Residential (Chuck Kurth and crew) was first rate. Scheduling was easy, I felt like I was a highly valued customer at all times and Chuck was available and attentive with the many questions I had along the way. He and his crew were also very helpful in providing guidance on the options for stain and other aspects of the entire process. The crew was courteous and high energy and professional and did a very high quality job. Chuck looked after the quality as if it were his own home by personally attending to a couple of small touch ups. The price was very fair and competitive and the best of 4 quotes I received from reputable businesses. I couldn't dream of a better service provider than Two Brothers. If there's room for improvement, it would be if Two Brothers could predict the weather. When I need service again, Two Brothers Residential be my first and only call.
